How can you do a case-sensitive sum with SUMIFS?

Unfortunately, you can't.

The SUMIFS function doesn't offer a way to check case.

However, you can create a formula to perform a case-sensitive sum. The trick is to use the EXACT function, as seen in the worksheet below:
